You can see here that even without a single referral you can make some decent money- more than enough to pay for your internet account for the month. For those of you with dial up accounts and limited hours- a very good reason to upgrade to more hours or even a permanent connection, why not if it will pay for itself? Of course it is much easier to log a lot of hours with a permanent connection.

THE PROGRAMS IN DETAIL

All ADVANTAGE THIS IS A MUST MUST MUST JOIN: All Advantage is the pioneer in 'pay to surf' programs and the leader of the pack. Arguably, this is currently the best of all the programs. It pays .50 for every hour you are on, .10 for direct referrals, and .05 for all other referrals. You can join up, download their view bar and start making money immediately so if for some reason you only plan to join one program, make this the one!

GETPAID4 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: This is a very BIG company with a lot of cash. Not only do they pay you to surf, you will also be making money while you're reading email, playing games, or chatting. You just have to be connected and active. In November '99 members were making 1.00/hour for 100 hours but payment has declined since then.

MVALUE ANOTHER MUST JOIN: MValue has recently raised the number of hours you can get paid for from 10 to 25, and will be again raised to 40 at the start of April 2000. Download the view bar and start earning immediately. They pay you .50/h , .10/h for direct referrals, and .05/h for indirects up to 4 levels deep.

GOTO WORLD ANOTHER MUST JOIN: You will make .40 per hour and .10 per hour for each direct referral. But it gets better- for the next level of referrals you get .15 per hour, and the next level, .20 per hour! This could end up making you lots of money. I have found it much easier to use the miniportal rather than the browser for this one.

SURFAD Make money every time you click your mouse SurfAd offers a viewbar that you can place anywhere on your screen and pays you every time you click on it. There is no limit to the number of referrals you get paid for so this could make you a lot of money with referrals.

IGNIFUGE VERY SIMPLE: With Ignifuge all you have to do is make them your starting page, no software, no downloads, very easy money.

SPEDIAGENERATE AD POINTS: Similar to the others except that you accumulate ad points per minute and get paid based on your points. Spedia installs a view bar on your screen, when the light is green you know you are making money, when it's red- keep surfing.

CLICKDOUGH VERY EASY TO START: Clickdough requires no downloads or special software- it simply opens up a small window on your screen and as long as you keep it open, you're getting paid. Works on a percentage payment like many others, you also get paid for 8 levels of referrals so there is no limit to how much you can earn.

PAIDFORSURF UNLIMITED PAYOUT! Based on January 2000 figures, payment was .40/hour with no limit of hours, paying 5 levels deep. The company also says they have plans of paying 1.00/hour by Sept. 2000 which could net you a LOT of money.

CASHSURFERS DROPPED DOWN: Cashsurfers looked very promising for a while but based on the payout and poor performance of their server I have dropped it down the list. I would recommend that you focus your attention on other programs until Cashsurfers makes improvements.

VALUEPAY ONE OF THE HIGHEST PAYOUTS: ValuePay promises to pay 1.00 per hour plus referrals which makes it one of the highest paying programs out. It has not started quite yet but you would be wise to join immediately and start building a referral list for when it does start soon.

ePIPOVERY GOOD PAYOUT! ePIPO is promising to pay more than All Advantage- .60 per hour for you, and .10 per hour for 5 levels of referrals. This will add up to a lot of money and is starting very soon so this is the perfect time to join.

UTOPIAD HURRY AND JOIN! UtopiAD will will pay based on advertising revenues and there is no upper limit so you will get paid for as many hours as you surf in a month. A good reason to join right away and start your referral base.

PAYSU.COMPAYS IN BRITISH POUNDS: This program is due to start in Feb 2000 and will pay 5 referral levels deep. Until then though, you can join and start getting paid by using www.paysu.com as your starting page.

BEPAID PROMISING $20/HOUR!Not much information available here except that they are promising to pay out some major money. Well if they do pay what they are promising how could you refuse? It never hurts to join up now and wait to see what happens.

URGE2NETFIRST COME/FIRST SERVE Sign up as soon as possible- they will be releasing their software to the first ones that sign up. They are promising an average of $1.00/hour and 5 levels of referrals.

ALL COMMUNITY SEVERAL WAY TO MAKE $$ Here you will find numerous different ways to get paid so rather than list them all here- you would be better to read about it on their website. The "get paid to surf" part of the program will pay .50/h for 40 hours a month plus 4 levels of referrals.

SURFING2CASH ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE U.S.This company is currently only paying in the U.S. but will be expanding internationally. You can still get paid for any referrals inside the US though, and they are paying .60/hour with 4 levels of referrals.

PAYBAR NO LIMIT TO REFERRALS This company pays per ads viewed- .60 per thousand ads. Alone you will only earn about $9 per month but it's the unlimited referrals that may make it worthwhile.
